When my daughter grows up, I want her to live in a world where women lift each other up. Where woman cheer other on - even behind their backs. Cue sappy monologue from Mean Girls. We have all been victimized by Regina George. Regina George is the voice in our heads that tell us we aren’t good enough. Regina George is our high school bully who attacked our insecurities. Regina George is the unrealistic expectations we put on ourselves. I create sessions that are the equivalent to the gymnasium gathering of all the 10th grade girls at North Shore High School.

Let me tell you a secret, it’s okay to do this for you. It’s not selfish or something we have to be ashamed of. During our session you will be guided throughout posing, outfits, & mindset. Before we hit the studio, we will have a visualization call. This call covers expectations & allows me to get to know you before the studio.
